Summary

Form Autofill is a local-first browser extension. It saves the values you choose into profiles stored only on your own device and re-fills them on request. It has no account, no server, and no analytics.

What data the extension handles

• Form values you save. When you click "Save Current Form", the values of the supported fields on the current page are stored in your browser via chrome.storage.local. Radio/checkbox selections, text, dates, etc.
• Page identifiers. For each profile: the page origin and path (its "page rule"), and the page title, so the profile can be matched to the right page.
• A local diagnostics log (optional, on by default, can be disabled in Settings): the last few fill runs recorded as field names, types, match outcomes and durations — never the values you filled in.

What the extension does NOT do

• No data leaves your device. Nothing is transmitted to the developer or any third party. There is no backend server.
• No analytics or telemetry. No usage tracking of any kind.
• No accounts, no sign-in.
• No remote code. The extension runs only the code shipped in the package.
• Sensitive fields are never saved. Passwords, file inputs, one-time codes (OTP), CSRF tokens, credit-card fields and similar are detected and excluded from both saving and filling.

Where your data is stored

Entirely within your browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local). Uninstalling the extension removes it. You can also delete individual profiles, clear the diagnostics log, or export/import your data as a JSON file from the options page. An exported JSON file contains the values you saved, so keep it somewhere safe.

Permissions and why they are needed

• storage — to save your profiles and settings locally.
• activeTab — to read and fill the form on the tab you are currently on, only when you invoke the extension.
• scripting — to run the field-reading/filling code on that tab on demand.

The extension requests no host permissions (no <all_urls>) and does not run in the background on pages you are not actively using it on.

Local files

If you enable "Allow access to file URLs" for the extension, it can also work on local HTML files you open. This is off by default and controlled entirely by you in chrome://extensions.

Children's privacy

The extension collects no personal data and is not directed at children.

Any change to this policy will update the "Last updated" date above.

الملخص

«تعبئة النماذج» إضافة متصفح محلية بالكامل. تحفظ القيم التي تختارها ضمن ملفات مخزّنة على جهازك فقط، وتعيد تعبئتها عند الطلب. لا حساب، ولا خادم، ولا تحليلات.

ما البيانات التي تتعامل معها الإضافة

• قيم النماذج التي تحفظها عبر chrome.storage.local عند ضغط «حفظ النموذج الحالي».
• معرّفات الصفحة لكل ملف: نطاق الصفحة ومسارها وعنوانها، لمطابقة الملف بالصفحة الصحيحة.
• سجل تشخيص محلي (اختياري، يمكن تعطيله من الإعدادات): آخر عمليات التعبئة بأسماء الحقول وأنواعها ونتائجها ومدتها — دون القيم التي عبّأتها إطلاقًا.

ما لا تفعله الإضافة

• لا تغادر أي بيانات جهازك. لا إرسال للمطوّر ولا لأي طرف ثالث، ولا يوجد خادم.
• لا تحليلات ولا تتبّع.
• لا حسابات ولا تسجيل دخول.
• لا تحميل كود عن بُعد.
• لا تُحفظ الحقول الحساسة أبدًا — كلمات المرور والملفات ورموز OTP وتوكنات CSRF وبيانات البطاقات وما شابه، يتم اكتشافها واستبعادها من الحفظ والتعبئة.

أين تُخزَّن بياناتك

داخل تخزين المتصفح المحلي للإضافة فقط. إلغاء تثبيت الإضافة يحذفها. ويمكنك أيضًا حذف الملفات فرديًا، أو مسح سجل التشخيص، أو تصدير/استيراد بياناتك كملف JSON من صفحة الإعدادات. ملف التصدير يحتوي على القيم التي حفظتها، فاحفظه في مكان آمن.

الصلاحيات وسبب الحاجة إليها

• storage — لحفظ ملفاتك وإعداداتك محليًا.
• activeTab — لقراءة وتعبئة النموذج في التبويب الحالي فقط عند استدعائك للإضافة.
• scripting — لتشغيل كود القراءة والتعبئة في ذلك التبويب عند الطلب.

لا تطلب الإضافة أي صلاحية نطاقات (<all_urls> غير مستخدم)، ولا تعمل في الخلفية على صفحات لا تستخدمها فيها.

الملفات المحلية

إذا فعّلت «السماح بالوصول إلى عناوين URL للملفات» للإضافة، فيمكنها أيضًا العمل على ملفات HTML المحلية التي تفتحها. هذا الخيار معطّل افتراضيًا وتتحكم به بالكامل من chrome://extensions.

خصوصية الأطفال

لا تجمع الإضافة أي بيانات شخصية وهي غير موجّهة للأطفال.

التغييرات

أي تغيير على هذه السياسة سيُحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه.
